Filament wound composite has high strength and low density, therefore it is a perfect material for products where high pressure is present and where low weight is important. In cooperation with the company Hamex d.o.o., whose business is pyrotechnics and fireworks, we developed a range of mortars for launching fireworks bombs. All the mortars are made of glass fibres and epoxy resin. They have high durability. Their low mass allows easy execution of fireworks from difficultly accessible places.
